As construction starts on a new Palestinian home on the site of the ancient site of Mount Scopus, construction is expected to begin on Tuesday, the Jerusalem Post reported on Sunday.
The building of the homes will be the first major development in the West Bank since Israel withdrew from the holy site in 1979.
Construction on the home, called the Ein Tal, is expected start in the next few months.
The homes are expected to be completed in time for the holidays, with some estimates of completion dates of next year.
