A home improvement company that has built more than a dozen houses in less than a year will open its doors on July 3 to sell its services to other developers.
HomeAdvisor, which has been around for about a year, will now have access to developers who can buy the services, which include architectural and engineering services, construction materials, and design services.
HomeAdvisor already has offices in the Boston area, Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta.
It plans to open an office in Austin in the fall.
The company also has offices near Chicago and Chicago, and plans to expand to San Francisco.
HomeBuilder, another home improvement firm, is expanding into new cities in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.
The move comes after HomeAdvisors parent company, HomeBancorp, also opened an office on the East Coast.
HomeBancho, a residential real estate company, will open an Austin office on June 30.
HomeBuilders, which builds homes in Atlanta, also has a new location in Austin.
