What to do if your building is blocked in time

It’s a new week, and that means new rules for building a house in the state of Florida.

The Florida House voted last week to require builders of construction-related projects to submit plans and architectural drawings within 30 days.

This is the same time frame that allows developers to submit their designs for the first time, so it could be a tough sell for those looking to build a home in the Sunshine State.

But in this case, the law could have an even bigger impact than you might think.

“A lot of people are starting to realize that building a new home in Florida can be a challenge.

It can take a little bit of time, a little while to get a permit, a lot of work,” said Tom Stauffer, an architect and developer in Jacksonville, Florida.

“So we want to give them a little more time to get their work done, and to be able to build the home as quickly as possible.”

This could be especially problematic for those who are trying to start construction on their new home.

The state already requires builders to submit a plan for the house and plans for the entire structure, but if you’re starting out in Florida, you’re going to need to go through the same process again to get your building permit.

Stauffer said the new law will give them more time.

“It’s a lot easier to get approval to build if you have a plan in place, so we can start to put in more time,” he said.

Struggling to get permits from the state?

If you have more than a few days left before your project gets built, it’s not unheard of for people to be waiting for months for a construction permit.

In Florida, that’s a requirement if you want to build an apartment or a condominium.

That’s especially true if you plan to build something in your garage or on a lot outside of town.

But the new requirement could mean a lot more construction time for those like Stauffers.

He said he’ll be working with construction contractors to make sure they’re ready for the new requirements.

“We want to make them feel comfortable.

They should be ready to move in, to start building the project, and they should be able start working with the company,” he explained.

St. Petersburg’s construction industry is one of the most diverse in the country, with many people from all walks of life living and working in the city.

Staufer said he expects to see more of this as construction construction gets underway.

“I’m really hoping that we get a lot better understanding and understanding of where we need to be,” he concluded.
